Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for delivery?

Lead times will depend on the type of gift box you require. Please see below for an overview:

  • Employee & Client Gift Boxes: we can package & dispatch our pre-curated range of gift boxes, that come wrapped in a Boxable sleeve, within 5-7 working days.
  • Conference & Event Gift Boxes: we can package & dispatch our 'Ireland in a Box' gift boxes, within 5-7 working days.
  • Customised Gift Boxes: 3-4 weeks once the artwork is approved.
  • Large Orders: if you require over 500 or more gift boxes, please get in touch with us 5-6 weeks before the required dispatch date.

Can I customise my gift box?

Yes, absolutely. We can design and print branded box sleeves, branded gift boxes and a selection of branded products including KeepCups, notebooks, stationery, chocolate bar wrappers and more. Get in touch with our corporate gifting team HERE to enquire about our bespoke gifting service.

Can you ship to individual address?

Yes, we can ship all your gift boxes to one location (office) or to multiple locations (home addresses). So many companies now operate a hybrid working model and because of this, our shipping options are flexible. Check out our Shipping page for more information.

How do I share addresses securely?

If you choose to ship your gift boxes to multiple locations, our corporate gifting team will provide you with an excel template to input your recipient's addresses. When complete, the file must be encrypted with a password before it is sent to us. Once the gift boxes are dispatch, the file will be deleted and no information belonging to the recipients will be stored by Boxable. 

How do you process payment?

Once your order is confirmed, we will issue an invoice to you. Payment must then be processed via a bank transfer.

Once payment has been received, our corporate gifting team will start processing your order and we will provide you with an estimated dispatch date for your gift boxes. 

Payments can also be processed using a credit card or PayPal. However, please note that a transaction fee will be applied to your order with these methods of payment.

How much does it cost to ship parcels?

We offer several different delivery options. We can deliver your order to one location, for example, your office or to multiple locations, for example, if your recipients are working from home. Please see below for more information on each option: 

  • One Location Delivery (Dublin): €50 ex-VAT
  • One Location Delivery (Outside of Dublin): price varies depending on the quantity of gift boxes order
  • Multiple Addresses (ROI): €5.95 ex-VAT per address up to 10kg
  • UK and Northern Ireland: €9 ex-VAT per address up to 10kg
  • EU and International: shipping costs will vary depending on the country. Please contact a member of our gifting team for more information.
