What is the minimum order for branded Christmas gifts?
Personalisation starts from 30 gift boxes. Minimum quantities can vary depending on the box style, print finish and branded products you choose.
Can we choose the box size and print finish?
Yes. We offer different sizes and finishes, including kraft with black or white print, eco-colour and full-colour. We’ll help you choose an option that suits your gifts, design and budget.
Can you create a bespoke illustration?
Yes. We can bring your brand’s story, places or milestones into a bespoke Christmas illustration, carried through your box, card and insert. Illustration is quoted separately according to your brief.
Can we supply our own artwork?
Yes. We’ll provide the relevant template and artwork requirements for your chosen packaging. Your design will be checked for print suitability before approval and production.
What is the difference between a card and an insert?
A card adds a personal greeting or thank-you message. An insert sits inside the gift box and provides more space for your branding, gift details or a message as part of the unboxing experience.
Can we include branded promotional products?
Yes. Products such as bottles, notebooks, travel cups and pens can be branded with your logo and included alongside your chosen gifts. Minimum quantities and lead times vary by product.
How long does a branded order take?
Allow 6–8 weeks from artwork approval for branded Christmas orders, plus time beforehand to select your gifts and finalise the design. Payment is required upfront, and we’ll confirm your schedule before you proceed.
Can we buy the packaging separately?
No. Our branded boxes, cards and inserts are available only when ordering gifts from our collection. We don’t supply packaging or packing services separately.
