How long does it take to process my my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 working days from the time of purchase. However, during busy periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, and Christmas, processing may take a little longer.
How long does it take to ship my my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your gift box is dispatched. All gift boxes are shipped with An Post using "Express Parcel With Signature" labels. Delivery normally takes 3-4 working days but can take longer during busy periods, for example, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas.
Corporate Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
This will depend on the type of gift box you choose and the number of gift boxes ordered. Please get in touch with our corporate gifting team HERE to discuss your requirements.
Please note, if you choose a bespoke or branded gift box, it will take 3-4 weeks to process your order.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All ROI parcels are shipped with An Post using "Express Parcel With Signature" labels. Delivery normally takes 3-4 working days but can take longer during busy periods, for example, Mother's Day, Easter, Christmas.
Northern Ireland, UK, EU and international parcels are shipped with An Post and shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.
How much does it cost to ship parcels?
We offer several different delivery options. We can deliver your order to one location, for example, your office or to multiple locations, for example, if your recipients are working from home. Please see below for more information on each option:
- One Location Delivery (Dublin): €60 ex-VAT
- One Location Delivery (Outside of Dublin): Cost varies based on the quantity of gift boxes and total weight of the order.
- Individual Addresses (Republic of Ireland): €5.95 ex-VAT per address up to 10kg
- Northern Ireland: €8 ex-VAT per address up to 10kg
- UK: €8.50 ex-VAT per address up to 10kg
- EU and International: Costs may vary by destination.
Recipient Addresses
If you choose to ship your gift boxes to multiple locations, our corporate gifting team will provide you with an excel template to input your recipient's addresses. When complete, the file must be encrypted with a password before it is sent to our corporate gifting team. Once the order is complete, the file will be deleted and no information belonging to the recipients will be stored by Boxable.
Processing Payment
Once your order is confirmed, we will issue an invoice to you. Payment must then be processed via a bank transfer. Once payment has been received, our corporate gifting team will start processing your order and we will provide you with an estimated dispatch date for your gift boxes.
We do accept credit card payments but paying this way is subject to credit card fees.
